Deposit required before occupancy.
Lease is written for one year and in the event this is broken, the deposit will not be refunded. Deposit will be refunded if lease is satisfied and apartment is left in a neat and orderly manner in the eyes of the landlord.
Certain buildings do allow pets. Certain breeds are not allowed. There is a limit of 2 pets only. Pet fees are required(non-refundable). There is a monthly rent per pet.
